In Korea, you are already 1 year old when your born, therefore you are one year older in your Korean age.

and now, in the minzya 2NE1, she is 16 or 18 years?

they have a completely different system, because it’s not based on birthdays like most of the world (Eastern Asia thing). Taemin is born in July 1993, so in the majority of the world he’s 16, soon to be 17. But in Korea, since they say that they all turn a year older on their new years and they sort of add a year for pregnancy he’s 18. So for me, I’m 19 (born 1990) in most of the world, but since I’m born in October, I’d be 21 in Korea x)
